Homework Pass

Here is a homework pass that can be used with grades 3 and up. Cut them out and pass them out to students as a reward. I usually have them staple it to the homework they are going to use the coupon on. This reward should be one given out to students who truly deserve it. These can usually be used for anything with the exception of special projects and tests. Students love this reward as it gives them a break from the routine.
