Three Legged Relay
Level: K and up
Objectives: Students will share and cooperate while participating in a relay
Equipment: One burlap sack per team
Procedures:
1) Divide class into two teams.
2) Divide teams into pairs.
3) When teacher blows whistle or on signal, first pair of students each put one
leg into the sack.
4) The pair must walk as fast as they can to the turning point and return to
their team so the next team can complete the task.
Suggestion: Have students start with inside leg followed by outside leg.
